My Opinion on Independents Push for Tax Reviews
The independents, namely Rob Oakeshott and Tony Windsor, are again flexing their muscles with the minority Labour government of Julia Gillard. Some of their ideas are good however lately they seem to be pushing their agendas and adding to the anguish of business such as the carbon tax with things like a major review of the taxation system.
There is a lot of uncertainty in the business community with regards to the Carbon Tax issue with business not knowing exactly the effect that it will have on them, now two independents have come forward with this review requirements for the taxation system that will directly affect Business and the general Population of this country.
Don't they realise that if they keep adding to this uncertainty, business confidence and the population here in Australia will either stagnate or drop, think you guys before you open your mouths and think about how it will affect us and our over taxed society.
